We make sure the housing is made of conductive materials that tie straight into the building&amp;rsquo;s ground.&#xA;Why? Because if a wire fries or a seal finally gives way, we want the breaker to trip instantly. It&amp;rsquo;s much better to have the power go out than to have the heater&amp;rsquo;s frame become live.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;But here&amp;rsquo;s the tricky part: the heat.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;When you seal a lamp up tight to keep the water out, you&amp;rsquo;re also trapping the heat inside. You&amp;rsquo;ve basically traded water protection for a lack of airflow.&#xA;Because of that, you can&amp;rsquo;t just crank the wattage like you would outdoors. If you push too many watts into a sealed IP65 box, the internal temperature spikes. Over time, that heat just eats away at the insulation until it melts.&#xA;We usually dial the wattage back a bit to keep things cool. It&amp;rsquo;s all about finding that sweet spot where you stay warm, but the wiring stays intact.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
