They rely on warming up the air and the heavy stone, which takes forever. We do things differently. We use shortwave infrared (IR) lamps that beam heat directly into your product. No middleman. No waiting. Just heat that hits the dough in seconds.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Why this actually works&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here is the secret: most heaters warm the air around the food. But shortwave IR is different. It cuts right through the surface and sinks into the oven floor and the food immediately.&#xA;When you flip the switch, the filament hits peak temp almost instantly. You aren&amp;rsquo;t wasting energy trying to heat every single cubic inch of the oven cavity just to keep the surface hot. It&amp;rsquo;s fast. Really fast. And that changes everything for your daily output.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Built for the grind&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We designed these tubes to be simple drop-in replacements. You don&amp;rsquo;t need a degree in engineering to swap them out.
